Our support team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed shipping instructions via email.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack the device in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the device condition and original components, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 7 business days.
